Our friendly staff creates an environment that will make our patients feel welcome and like one of the family. We are committed to delivering personalised comprehensive dental care for all of our community.' – Dr Ben Dunster
Our practice is perfect for patients who want an alternative to the stuffy, clinical dental surgeries of the past. We believe in delivering the highest level of patient care and exemplary dentistry designed to enhance and protect your smile.
We also like to have a bit of fun and get to know the families in the Hornsby community. Developing long-term and meaningful relationships makes all of our hard work worthwhile.
We also love to see the look on our patients’ faces when their smiles look and feel fantastic.
Dr Ben Dunster, BSc BDS (Otago)
Ben was born in Christchurch, NZ and grew up on a farm in North Canterbury before moving to the hustle and bustle of Sydney in 1995.
As a New Zealand native, Dr Ben earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Christchurch University before attending Otago University for his Bachelor of Dentistry degree.
Dr Ben has worked in the Hornsby area since 1996 and enjoys being a part of this community. He purchased this dental practice in 2002 and recently welcomed an associate.
‘I love creating amazing smiles, treating children, relieving patients from pain and helping patients enjoy improved self-confidence.
Having a family-based practice is important, as I enjoy watching families grow. It is lovely seeing the children grow and develop into adults and anticipate what they will do throughout their lifetimes.
Interacting with multiple generations by educating the young and supporting oral health as families age is rewarding. It’s nice to educate the young so they develop a positive attitude toward their oral health and dentistry.’
When Ben is away from the clinic, you will find him spending time with friends and family – catching up over dinner or in a social environment. He loves his home, where he can chill and relax after a hectic week.
Ben also loves the beach, cinema, theatre, dining out, outdoor activities, sailing, skiing and cars. He strives to stay fit at the local gym.
